Hour 4: Stress is getting the best of me.
Hour 6: Maybe I'll do some "educational research" aka- play education games because they are the only ones that aren't blocked by the firewall.
Hour 10: OK- I give up. Time for TV.
I'll promise you one thing- I'm not going to use this blog as a way to vent. But... But, if I wanted to I could write a few pages about my day today. Let's just say when they asked me during the interview whether I would consider myself an organized person, I wish I would have been honest and said "No. Not really at all. Pretty much the complete opposite". They would have then said, "Well, Brandon, maybe this isn't the right job for you." My classroom is filled with all kinds of papers, books, information from last year, last quarter, and I really have no idea what is what. I was really hoping to get on here tonight and write about my trip to the Cultural Center or maybe the Yukon Delta Wildlife Center or something cool; which was my plan when I woke up this morning. Instead I spent my day pretty much staring, pacing and trying to make sense of letters (DRA, SBE, TTY, EBD, ESL, URSL, ETC...). So, like I said I'm not going to use this as my personal soap box.
Still cold here. I have an pretty cool roommate from Sweden who made killer Swedish cake that I'm craving. Can't wait for a clear day so I can see the mountains. Oh and they have a traveling basketball team that goes to different villages to play ball so I'm looking to "try out" at open gym and maybe play some ball... if only someone knew when that is... Well that's all for tonight. Have a good one. And mom, sorry about yesterday. I promise to make sure emails go through from now on.
